1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88atm ("88atm", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your registration, access to, and use of the 88atm website accessible at 88atm.app, together with all related services, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing the 88atm login portal, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. 2. Eligibility

Use of the 88atm platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during your use of the platform.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

5. You have not previously been excluded from the 88atm platform, whether by self-exclusion or by administrative action of 88atm.
6. You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or otherwise subject to enhanced due diligence obligations that would be incompatible with access to online gaming platforms.

88atm reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility criteria are not or are no longer met.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on 88atm, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account information promptly whenever it changes.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 88atm platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88atm login credentials, including your username and password. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed applicable KYC requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88atm platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

All funds deposited into your 88atm account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 88atm reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party payment instruments.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. 88atm targets same-day processing for e-wallet withdrawals under normal operating conditions, though actual timelines may vary depending on payment processor availability.

88atm reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activities are suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

88atm offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game contributions, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods that are published at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 88atm promotions unless stated otherwise:

1. Bonus funds must be wagered to the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal request involving bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
2. Maximum bet amounts during active bonus wagering are RM 20 per bet or spin unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms.
3. 88atm reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where it determines that bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of system errors, has occurred.

5. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

88atm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred under accepted bonuses.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 88atm platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. In the case of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules prevail.

88atm uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. The results of all RNG-based games are determined at the point the game is initiated and cannot be influenced by any player action after that point.

For live sportsbook markets, 88atm reserves the right to void bets where: (i) obvious pricing errors have occurred; (ii) a bet has been placed after the relevant event has concluded; (iii) the event has been cancelled, suspended, or its result otherwise determined to be void under applicable sporting rules; or (iv) the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised.

Maximum winnings per bet, per day, and per event may apply across various betting markets and game categories. These limits are published within the relevant game or market interface or are available upon request from 88atm support.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88atm platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral:

1. Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the 88atm platform.
2. Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
3. Money laundering, structuring, or any other use of 88atm in connection with the proceeds of criminal activity.
4. Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first engaging 88atm support and allowing a reasonable resolution period.
5. Systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to abuse promotional mechanics rather than engage in genuine wagering.
6. Use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is expressly prohibited by local law, and doing so in a manner that exposes 88atm to regulatory or legal risk.
7. Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 88atm staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88atm platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 88atm platform without prior written consent from 88atm.

10. Limitation of Liability

The 88atm platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88atm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

88atm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, even if 88atm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88atm's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposit amount held in your account at the time the relevant claim arose, or RM 500, whichever is greater.

11. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 88atm is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with 88atm, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 88atm holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 88atm's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause prevents 88atm from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any actual or threatened breach of intellectual property rights, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
